Worship is an integration of contemplative worship (modeled after the communities of Iona, Holden and Taize) and contemporary context (multi-sensory and participatory, using the talents of local musicians, poets, artists and lighting engineers). It is a place and an activity which fosters an atmosphere of spiritual curiosity and exploration, in order to create a community of support, challenge and deeper faith.
Worship concludes with Eucharist which then leads into a meal offered freely to all present, especially persons who are homeless. Congregations and restaurants prepare, donate and help serve the meals.
We worship every week rain, snow, or shine. We will have a tent/pavilion when the weather is bad and light when it is dark.
